Course Offerings and Sessions:

We offer dog training courses, including a single 2-hour session, a basic course consisting of 5 hours over 3 sessions, and a behavior course comprising 7 hours over up to 4 sessions.

All sessions for the basic and behavior courses must be completed within 3 months from the date of the first session.

Payment:

Payments for the selected course are due after the completion of the first session.

Payment can be made through the payment methods specified on the “Before the session“ PDF that every client gets prior to the first session.

Refund Policy:

All payments for the dog training courses, including the single 2-hour session, the basic course, and the behavior course, are non-refundable.

In the event that a client chooses not to complete the sessions after attending only one session, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

To reschedule a session, clients must provide at least 2 days notice prior to the scheduled session.

If a client fails to provide sufficient notice for rescheduling or cancels a session, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

Completion of Courses:

Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions within the selected course.

Failure to complete the sessions within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of any remaining sessions.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their dogs during the training sessions.

Clients should follow the instructions provided by our trainers for effective training.

Clients should disclose any relevant information about their dogs' health, behavior, or special requirements to our trainers before the sessions commence.

Liability:

PetspotPro shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the training sessions or as a result of the training provided.

Clients are responsible for their dogs' behavior and actions during and after the training sessions.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
